Operations Resort Services Hospitality Instructors

The Resort Department offers customer service based positions from child care; looking after our youngest guests visiting the resort to hire, reservations and administration. The majority of these positions are based indoors.

  • Child Care Attendants – look after children in an occasional care environment. Experience essential.
  • Ticket Services and Cashiers – sell the right product to our guests ensuring they have the best stay, our outlets are located in Jindabyne, Bullocks Flat, Perisher, Blue Cow, Guthega and Smiggins.
  • Retail and Hire Assistants – providing guests with the correct advice and equipment they require and correctly fitting the equipment while visiting the snow.
  • Guest Service Assistants – ensure a great guest experience by providing information about the Resort and services available.
  • Reservation, Reception and Front Office Consultants – assist our guests in booking their holiday and checking in upon arrival. They deal with accommodation information, Snowsports packages and bookings from their office at either The Station Jindabyne or Perisher Valley Hotel.
