Mountain Operations is the largest department in the resort and is responsible for everything from the bottom of the slopes to the highest peaks.
All roles will involve working outdoors, except Train Drivers and Concourse who have more consistent indoor work.
Positions Available
- Lift Operators and Car Park Attendants – are the face of our resort and provide assistance to guests by, maintaining the ramps, directing traffic, loading and unloading areas whilst ensuring our guests' safety as they ride our lift system.
- Ski Patrollers – are trained for all medical emergencies and are the first response to injuries on the mountain. To work in Ski Patrol you must have a current ASPA Certificate.
- Mountain Safety Attendants – work alongside Ski Patrol in a policing dangerous skiing and boarding.
- Groomer Drivers – maintain and groom all runs throughout the resort. Experience working in a ski resort is essential.
- Snowmakers - work through the night to create the best quality surface of snow.
- Transport Drivers – are responsible for operating shuttle buses and oversnow vehicles for the distribution of goods throughout the resort.
- Train Drivers - are responsible for transporting passengers on the underground railway. The Skitube is an underground rail system that transports our guests from Bullocks Flat up to Blue Cow Mountain via Perisher Valley.
- Concourse Attendants – assist guests with safety, crowd control, pass auditing, luggage handling and information about the Resort.
