There are a number of Food and Beverage outlets located in Perisher Valley, Blue Cow, Guthega, Bullocks Flat and The Station.
The Station, located 5km from Jindabyne, sleeps 1,500 guests in 254 rooms. Entertainment is provided every night, including great bands and dance parties. The property boasts a Pizza Station, Bars, Chargrill, Nightclub, Pool Hall and Food Court.
The Perisher Valley Hotel, located on the slopes in Perisher, has 31 deluxe rooms, a cocktail bar, Snow Gums a-la-carte restaurant, Masseuse and offers personalised services.
Positions Available
- Beverage Service Attendants service the needs of guests at various bars located throughout all of our establishments. Current NSW RSA is mandatory to apply.
- Chefs/Cooks service the needs of all guests from fast food and short orders to fine dining. Located out of all Perisher establishments, successful applicants will be able to focus on the areas where their skills are best suited.
- Food Service Attendants & Wait Staff service the needs of the guests through the preparation and service of food in accordance with the current food and hygiene standards.
- Kitchen Hands work at the back of house. Prepare food and assist with all kitchen duties.
- Store & Cellar Attendants assist with the ordering, re-stocking and storage of all food and beverage goods that arrive.
- Housekeeping and Laundry work as a team ensuring the timely cleaning of all guest serviced rooms. Located out of Perisher Valley and The Station.
- Baristas service the needs of our guests at various bistro's and cafe's accross the Resort. Experience in this field is essential.
- Porters based out of the Perisher Valley Hotel, our Porter's assist guests with luggage handling and service the needs of all guests by providing superior customer service.
