Interviews

Interviews will be held from 11-24 April 2012. All applicants will be contacted after interviews have taken place in early May.

For our seasonal roles interviews are conducted in locations all over Australia; in Adelaide, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane and Jindabyne.

If you are successful in getting an interview but unable to attend the interview on the required date or at the location, talk to HR as it may be possible to do a phone interview.

Interview Dates

• Adelaide 11-12 April
• Sydney 13-16 April
• Wollongong 15 April
• Newcastle 17-18 April
• Port Macquarie 18 April
• Brisbane 19-22 April
• Jindabyne 24 April

Successful applicants will receive directions on how to view all interview session times and schedule an interview online.

Group Interviews

For the majority of Perisher’s seasonal positions, interviews will be conducted in a group format and take approximately three hours. During the process, you will be asked to complete several tasks both individually, as a small team and within the full group. Rest assured that while you may start off nervous, by the time you have finished the process, you will have made approximately 40 new friends. All we ask is that you be yourself and bring a positive attitude.

One-on-one Interviews

Specialist positions may be invited to a one-on-one interview. This interview will take approximately 30 minutes and will focus on your skills and ability to perform the position being interviewed for.

Pre tour

If you missed the boat to apply online during the application process, why not attend one of our pre tour information sessions. Letter of Offer and Contract

Successful applicants will receive an electronic letter of offer with the details of the position offered and other relevant onboarding activities via email. Applicants will be able to accept or decline this offer. Once an offer is accepted further employment details will be sent via email.
